Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are in original condition. All sales are final on intimate and custom items.

We offer repair options. You'll be responsible for shipping, and a small fee may apply.

All orders are shipped using USPS ground or 2 day priority shipping.

Most pieces are made from copper, brass, gold-filled/plated, or stainless steel. Avoid moisture and chemicals; polish regularly for a lasting shine. If tarnishing occurs there are several natural ways to remove it. Like ketchup or lemon for example. My social medias or Google are good recourses for detailed information.

Yes, most items are. Check individual items for sizing details. For loc jewelry specifically we also provide a loc sizing tool for a perfect match.

9. How long does shipping take?
While most orders ship within 3-7 days, currently our order load is extremely high as the demand for our products have raised. Please be prepared to allow 1 to 5 weeks for made-to-order pieces. Need it sooner? Opt for our priority order processing add-on where you can pay a fee to skip the line.

Our jewelry primarily features top-quality tarnish-resistant color-coated copper wire. We also work with 24kt gold-plated/filled and stainless steel.
